We had a shin dig at my house the other night and we managed to get one last belly shot in before it's too late! I have to great benefit in having 75% of my closest friends pregnant as well. I love it. I love these pictures. Being pregnant is so much funner when you are with your gals! We have two girls and the rest boys in this group. Kim (the first one in the line) is the one who gets the twins!
I went to the doc yesterday, she said the baby is 5 1/2 pounds and if I go to 38 weeks (3 1/2 more weeks) then I will have my biggest baby ever at 7 1/2 pounds! So I asked her if that meant she would come even earlier than the last two or I'd just have a big baby (for me)... Vague answer of course.. WHO KNOWS?? So either way.. the thought of having a bigger baby than Beck is pretty intimidating and the though of having a baby 2-3 weeks is intimidating. I need at least 4 more weeks. Three kids scares the hell out of me.
And just a little disclosure because much concern has been expressed. I think my mother in law lost sleep over this! And we know I love her too much to do that to her. WE ARE NOT NAMING THE BABY MANGO. THAT IS JUST A NICKNAME THANKS TO AN IPHONE APP ON MY PHONE THAT COMPARES THE SIZE TO A PIECE OF FRUIT.
Oh, and one more thing-where I got my rug: It is an Anthropologie rug as you had suspected Candice, however I got it at this warehouse, NPS, in Salt Lake, that rarely has rugs from Anthropologie, but is worth checking regularly if you are obsessed with rugs from there, which, aren't we all???? I sort of only invite rugs from there into my house-which Jake loves. not.
Here is peanut sleeping. Sleep is a complete joke for me now. I literally laid in bed last night and thought why do I even try this??? Every time I roll or move it wakes me. Charlie horses snap me out of bed regularly and I have to get up and walk them off or roll on the ground out of pain. And not to mention the bathroom breaks and torn stomach muscles or rib pain or tumbling baby inside me. GRRRR. But at least I can admire other people doing it that makes it all worth it.
She liked it! This is a quilt I made for Kim's twins. I love the mushroom fabric, but wasn't sure if it was universally cute.
