I definitely have an obsession with color.
Since the weather hasn't been good and I am totally sleep deprived (those are my made up reasons) I sew blankets. Because I love blankets. And I love to snuggle my babies in handmade blankets. Especially Indie Lou because I think, maybe if it's sewn with love by my hands and I wrap it around her it will substitute for my arms.
So far this hasn't worked, but I will keep sewing blankets until one of them is successful in this.
P.s. my pictures are really crappy.
This is a playmat, so far it's the most useful thing I have made. It just stays there and houses diapers and wipes.

Oh how I hope we're still friends, inspite of all my leglegant behavior. I have been horrible, I'm sorry. I just looked at your blog for the first time in weeks and I'm in love with everything you've been making. Especially the bloomers! I need to get crackin! Congrats on your new babe-she is so sweet. I love these blankets. Did you quilt those bad boys yourself?I'm too scared to try that for some reason. Also-I must commend you on your fabric choices-top notch!
