I Am Loved
So, yes, it's my birthday. And although it may seem really lame that I am home, getting ready for preschool, celebrating another very average day that is in fact, my last birthday in my twenties (YIKES), someone loves me enough to get me this. Thanks Lover Boy. And I have had three very special birthday dinners. I am feeling very loved and very special.
In this supposed insane blizzard storm that is coming our way and ensuring a night alone with a husband at school (unless it's prayerfully too snowy) I will be inside, wrapped in a blanket, eating this. Please, feel free to come over and have a piece with me~ if there's still some left.

We Celebrated 5!
So my Piper turned five a little over a week ago and I decided five was a pretty big deal so I brought in the experts for help! As most of you know, my best gal, Alexis is Miss Party Planner 1000, I'd link her blog, but it's private. She plans the cutest most intricate parties you can imagine. So when I decided to get crafty for Piper's fifth all I had to do was ask her what to do, what treats, can I use this, can I use that, should I do this, is this ok...etc. I also got help from my other friends like borrowing tissue balls, mason jars, and learning how to make cupcake shop looking cupcakes. So thanks Steph and McKenzie. You might say when Toni does a party it takes a village to help her do it! Which made it really fun and special.
Piper picked the pink theme, wanted pink roses and pink balloons. NATURALLY!

These M&M's say Piper is 5, and We Love Piper.

Oh the joy when you are a kid and it's YOUR birthday and everyone is singing to YOU and YOU get to blow out the candles. The look on her face says it all.
Piper loves Liv Dolls and this one is awesome because it's her middle name, Alexis. Yes.. after my friend.
Piper way wanted these Squinky things. And she got them. Lots of them!

Another Day In Paradise
I think I can, I think I can, I think I can..
That is my mantra. Too much Thomas the Train? Isn't that who says that? Anyway, another sleepless night, another sore back, another morning full of fighting and crying and baby holding, not a second to my self, another day where there is not a time where what I am doing is enough, just another day in paradise, right?
Well RIGHT!
You thought this was going to be a negative post, didn't you?
Well look at these cute faces all hunkered down together.
Look how lucky I am to have this adorable blankey binkie sucker playing in my bedroom, lining up his army guys.
And look how lucky it is that I have to move these before I vacuum!

We Went To The Ingrid Concert
A few weeks ago we went to Ingrid Michaelson. She was so great, her voice is amazing, she is so witty and personable. You just want her to be your best friend. She sang the most amazing rendition of REM's Night Swimming, that you should Youtube or something, you have to hear it.
We had a great time, even though we stood out in the freezing cold long line and came out to a blizzard, that actually made it funner! But then again we could be sitting in a cell and still have a good time if we were together...
Thanks Lex for the pictures that I stole from your blog :)

See, snow! I came home and Jake was like, "what blizzard?". SEE JAKE!
And I am totally on the hunt for some cowboy boots to wear with my leggings and skinnies now.
SEE SNOW!
Cold in line. And some girls in front of us that were younger couldn't believe we had NINE kids between us. (and we could still like walk and function and stuff.) It was so weird to them that we were so normal. Not to mention kick a@# cool! So suck it young 'uns and in your face with our nine kids!

A First
My little Lou Lou sits up! Right after she turned six months old, look what she learned! I love it, it's such a cute stage.
I wish to freeze time and have her be this age forever. Just sleeping through the night, preferably... Love you Miss Lou Lou.

What is this tongue thing?
Grass is wierd.
