It's Saturday and I am waiting for Beck to fall asleep so I can go shower and eat lunch with my girls. I. Can. Not. Wait.
So.. yes, I am taking pictures while driving, but in my own defense it was a red light. That was Beck's first toddler car seat experience. He was in awe of the wonderous world out there and I just had to laugh. It was hilarious. And he couldn't figure out the mirror/me thing. It was funny.
Then there is the only picture I have of them yet looking at me and smiling. Simultaneously. I wish for the life of me I could remember what I was doing.
It is so odd to me to picture one day Beck will tower over me. For now I will treasure his little boyness.
I am looking forward, as is everyone else, to warmth. Blogging and cleaning and bundling is getting warn out. I want to be running outside in the heat and swimming and parking it. It's time..and at least if it's going to be cold it should snow.
I am also looking to the future when kids aren't sick (not mine, ever.) and people aren't being so concerned and judgy about taking sick kids around other kids. EVERYONE does it so just get over it. Me included.
And why do I check facebook everyday?? It's not like anyone ever writes on my extraordinary wall. Oh summer.. take me away from this addicting internet. Give me something to photography beside my kids. Give me vacations and camping and summer nights and parties. Come on, come on. Winter don't drag. Plus another couple of months in this 100 year old house and the heating bills are going to bankrupt us. Old house=cuteness, sure BUT=cold in winter=$.
Let the force be with you, whatever it may be. For me, today, the force is having an hour doing something I want, eating, with girls.. at a place I like.

I agree with you. I need the sun. I am hating this weather. If it is going to be cold then let there be snow, if not warm up already.

I think any house in the winter = cold = $. Our bill is outrageous.
I love love love that pic! And even more, I LOVE spending my Saturday afternoon looking at your beautiful face and sharing a bread pudding! MMmmm good. I hope you shot went well and lets do lunch again soon.
BTW, you got the snow you asked for :) now we need to find a time that you can come board with me!
have a little mercy for those people who are anal about letting their kids around sick kids - you just don't have to take your kids to the ER for EVERY little thing boo :( But i too hate this awful weather so depressing :)
I am that person judging when you take your kids to church when they are barfing. :)
Not only am I judging, but I'm pissed because you decided that not missing a day of church is more important then the rest of the kids there not barfing for a week. Yes, I am who Toni is talking about. ;)
